Pawplo Product Disclaimer & Care Guide

It is the responsibility of the customer and dog owner to ensure that any Pawplo accessory is suitable for their dog, fits correctly and does not cause discomfort. Pawplo cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly sized or ill-fitting products. Every dog is unique and fit may vary even within the same breed. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing.

Like all accessories, dog products are subject to general wear and tear over time. It is the owner’s responsibility to regularly check the condition of the product to ensure it remains safe for use. If any Pawplo product shows signs of damage, wear, or weakness, it should no longer be used.

Pawplo accessories from our Y1C1 collection are designed for everyday use and are suitable for most dogs when used correctly. However, dogs that pull excessively, have behavioural issues, or are particularly rough with accessories may cause faster wear and a reduced product lifespan. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, damaged by the dog or used outside of their intended purpose.

Our harnesses, leads, and collars have been strength tested and are certified fit for purpose under normal walking conditions. They are not designed for extreme pulling, force or aggressive use. Pawplo cannot be held responsible for damage caused by scratching, chewing, biting, or excessive strain.

We recommend hand washing all Pawplo accessories only. Do not wash above 30°C and do not tumble dry.
